12 Years of experience

I love music, dogs, and Mexican food, and I have a passion for capturing emotion through the images I create. I basically grew up with a disposable camera in my hands, and my mom even bought me my own kid-camera for when we went on vacations. I’ve always had enthusiasm for exploring new angles and seeing scenes in ways other people might not. I’m just as much creative as I am technical, and photography allows me to express both of those passions in such a fun and amazing way. I earned my BFA in Film Production from Chapman University, where I mastered the ins and outs of the camera, as well as video editing and audio design. My background in photography is diverse: I’ve done everything from street photography and concerts to events and portraits, but I’ve found my real passion lies in wedding photography. I live for capturing all of the emotion and energy that goes into those special moments. Shooting weddings combines all the different styles of photography I love, and the cherry on top of it all is that I get to deliver amazing images of your special day that you will cherish forever!

A fun fact about me

-I could live exclusively on burritos and ravioli. - My favorite way to unwind is playing guitar and singing (I have a minor in music!). - I’m super into film scores. I’ve seen John Williams live more times than I can keep count. - As a former film major, I get asked a lot what my favorite movie is. It’s always changing, but a couple that have consistently remained toward the top of the list: The Usual Suspects (you notice something new almost every time) and The Incredibles (Laugh if you want, but I legit learned things about filmmaking from this movie. Solid film.). - Guilty pleasure movies I watch at least once a year: Hook (RU-FI…OOOOOO!), Back to the Future, The Nightmare Before Christmas (because you can watch it on TWO holidays!), and The Muppet Christmas Carol (hands-down my favorite film interpretation). - I constantly quote from The Office and Anchorman

We will cherish these photos always!

Paul captured birthday photos of our one year old and the rest of the family. He was patient with wandering toddlers and got great shots without stressing out, overstaging, or upsetting the kids. He let them do their thing and photographed them perfectly in their element! They were so happy and comfortable the entire time.

Paul is so friendly, professional, patient, and ready to go with the flow. It was a pleasure having him take our photos. And they are absolutely beautiful!

My husband and I are literally so grateful and feel so blessed to have met and worked with Paul and his assistant. We did a couples photoshoot and we are extremely content with the results! From the moment we stepped foot at the location, everything ran smoothly. My husband and I have done plenty of other photoshoot but, working with Paul was such a puzzle piece match. Him and his assistant have the most charming personalities which made us feel so comfortable. We genuinely had fun and laughed a lot which reflected very well in our pictures. I personally appreciate the words of affirmation we got from both Paul and his assistant throughout our photoshoot. The results literally look like they are straight out of a magazine. If you are looking to shoot with someone professional, extremely kind, talented and truly captures unforgettable memories, Paul is your guy and I confidently recommend him. You’ll thank me later!

Paul is a super professional photographer and videographer! He has provided music videos and pictures for multiple musical projects I have been involved and each project has in someway benefited from his work to progress in that project’s field. Be it an outstanding live music video or a perfect headshot/band picture. With such a wide range of experience, Paul will deliver an awesome end product!
