I believe that the most crucial aspect of a photo session is the preparation. This involves finding inspiration, creating mood boards, and discussing the project with the client. However, there are also unexpected moments that can arise during a shoot, and I embrace these to infuse randomness and uniqueness into the session. For instance, I recently had the opportunity to photograph a beautiful family on the beach. The woman had booked the session as a surprise for her partner, but her partner took it a step further by proposing to her during the shoot. Such unexpected occurrences are rare but truly enhance the session. I'd say it's these unanticipated moments - the ones you can't plan for - that make each photo session special.
