Being a native of Washington DC, I have always had a love for the Arts, thru Music and Entertainment. I began taking pictures in the 90’s when film photography was the way. I took a sabbatical from photography while focusing on raising my children and being a larger presence in my Community through coaching. I came back to my love of photography. As I began growing and learning, people began making requests for me to take photos. After capturing my first wedding using a digital format in 2018, I was quite convinced I could do this professionally. Thru my photography, I have been honored to capture different business and community groups, such as the Whitman Walker Clinic in Southeast DC, The Arlington Chapter of the NAACP’s Freedom Fund Scholarship Gala, Union Temple Baptist Church’s Kwanzaa Celebration, Pizzazz Hair Studio in Brandywine Md, The DMV Knights Boys and Girls Club and First Baptist Church of Vienna, not to mention many Portrait Shoots, Weddings and other events. My goal is to leave a legacy of Love, Faith and Family through my lenses that will display kindness and patience to all.
