  I used Richard Kies when I was in the process of selling my home. After carefully reviewing multiple photographers in the area, I noticed that Kies Photography had the best lighting of them all. Some of the other photographers had a weird yellow tint in their photos and others had blurry spots which gave me the impression that their photos were rushed.

  
  

  When I called, Richard mentioned that he could come on that very day at the best time during dusk, which I really appreciated as I was in a bit of a rush. What I liked the most is that he took his time with taking the photos and not once did I feel he was being rushed. I thought he'd be in and out in fifteen minutes but nope, he made sure he got every shot right so he was there for about an hour and half, which was awesome. He even had the photos ready for me the second he got back to his office which was even more awesome.

  
  

  Oh yeah, and he even did a video walkthrough for free. You can't beat that! His pricing was around the same as others in the area but I think his was a bit lower. I don't remember well.

  
  

  Glad I went with Kies Photography. I highly, highly recommend them. I wish I could post the photos with this review to show how good they were.
