I'm a graduate student who's been working professionally as a photographer/videographer on the side for just over a year. I'm back home in Virginia due to Covid-19, and I'm absolutely thrilled to get more time in the DMV. I'm an active hiker and ultimate frisbee player (only one of those at the moment, unfortunately), and have used photography in both spaces. I entered sports photography through ultimate frisbee, and was flown out to San Diego for the 4-day national championship last fall. Generally speaking though, my favorite subject is portraiture. I love to sit with a subject and learn their story, and as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community I have a particular fondness for others like me. My portfolio is smaller than those who have been in the game longer, and I've kept my rates smaller to reflect that.
