Photography has been something I've been very passionate about for many years. My first well-composed picture was at White Sands, NM, using a Samsung Galaxy S3. This picture sparked the interest a hobby, and over the years, that hobby has turned into my profession.
The first time I was compensated for my photography was when I got a job as a vehicle photographer for Honda. This position sharpened my skills for digital media asset management, filing photos, and following a specific shot list. This position prepared me for my current work doing product photography and videography for a million dollar company.
When I moved to Washington state, I discovered the beauty of the outdoors and learned landscape photography. I also have used my photography as a way to meet people and have made life-long friends along the way. I am interested in capturing the moments of today, including current events. My camera/video work of these events has caught the attention of The New York Times photographers.
Over the past few years, I've shot many nature, landscape, and lifestyle photos, and continue to search for great opportunities to hone my craft.

A fun fact about me
As a Digital Media Specialist, understanding the artistic and technical aspects of a camera and technology is something I enjoy teaching others about the science and reasoning behind how cameras work and anything to do with IT and processors.
