I have been a photographer since I was 18 years old. I learned in the darkroom, shooting film, during a time where street photography was the norm. This helped me develop my skills for capturing a complete scene and telling a story with my images.
I have also taught photography and being in the darkroom with a bunch of middle schoolers taught me patience! I love working with kids and have a knack at capturing their personalities.
I really enjoy Event Photography because I like capturing people when they are active and emotive and finding those special moments between people is the best.
Awards, honors and recognition
I was awarded Best of Photography in Seattle, on Thumbtack for two years. I have also been honored to have a few solo and group gallery shows.
A fun fact about me
I love to cook and used to have a food truck!
